How can I view the status of my order? Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

What are your shipping costs? Not much, and one shipping charge covers all the stickers you buy. You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. Also, final shipping costs will always be displayed on the Invoice you see before you do the final confirming of your order.

What are your stickers made of? We use a very high quality vinyl. Either high flexibility calendared vinyl or cast vinyl. There is NOT A BETTER VINYL for conformity (bends over ridges and bumps smoothly) and durability. The vinyl is UV resistant and sticks well on water toys.

How long will your stickers last? The stickers we manufacture here in California have an OUTDOOR DURABILITY of three to five years, depending on the harshness of the conditions. Indoor durability could be decades.

Are your stickers laminated? All of the stickers we manufacture are laminated for even more durability and UV protection. Stickers we purchase from vendors (surf companies, NCAA, etc.) may be laminated or not, check the product description.

Do you have a return policy? Yes, we certainly have a return policy. Anything you don't like, send it back and we will refund your sticker cost plus all shipping.

How are your stickers packaged and shipped? We only use plastic sleeves for store orders. We try to keep our pollution footprint as small as possible. If you would like a plastic sleeve, just shoot us an email. All stickers are taped to stiff paper/cardboard for shipping.
